The Historic Court Avenue District Association is a non-profit organization governed by an elected board that had just attained 501c3 status. The association holds open board meetings monthly with local government official, business owners, residents, and other downtown organization to discuss neighborhood events, beautification, marketing, and development of the Historic Court Avenue District.
